"Need to make a return?

 

Drop us a message at info@mayinclothing.com, including your order number and reason for the return. We'll handle the logistics, organizing a pickup at your convenience. Once we receive your item, we'll give it a thorough check for any issues. Assuming everything's in order, we'll promptly initiate your refund. Just a friendly reminder to start the return process within one week of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible."

 

 

Conditions:

  • We request you return the orders in the original packing with tags intact.

  • Should not have visible signs of used, laundered or customer damage.

  • Size exchanges can be arranged depending on availability.

  • Returns and exchanges are not valid for items in the sale.

  • Items once exchanged cannot be returned.

 

Returns: International

No exchange or return for international orders at the moment. In case of any issue with the product, get in touch with our customer care team.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders within 24 hours.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
