To start your return process, go to Order History > Select Order > Return/Exchange

• Returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
   

Conditions:

• We request you return the orders in the original packing with tags intact.

• Should not have visible signs of used, laundered or customer damage.

• Size exchanges can be arranged depending on availability.

• Returns and exchanges are not valid for items in the sale.

• Items once exchanged cannot be returned.

• The shipping fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.

 

Returns: International

No exchange or return for international orders at the moment. In case of any issue with the product, get in touch with our customer care team.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders within 24 hours.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
